How can I purchase? Please join us Thursday evenings at 8:00 PM CST to purchase. Information on upcoming releases is shared on Facebook and Instagram during the week of the sale.
Shipping Time: Please allow at minimum 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Precise turnaround time will be noted on all items. During large pre-orders, shipping may take up to 45 days, or the turn around time specified in listing. 
Returns: We truly hope you love your purchase! Due to the limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Exchanges are not available and all sales are considered final. Defective or flawed merchandise can be returned by the original purchaser within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Items must be returned new, unused, and with the original tags and packaging.
If an exchange is available, a Shop credit will be issued for that exchanged item, minus shipping cost. Please order carefully as no changes or cancellations are allowed after your order is placed. Gift cards are non-refundable.   
Lost or Damaged Item? Smocked Sweets Clothing not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that a package has not been trackable or updating within 12 days, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier and file a claim. We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund. 
Mistakes in Processing and Handling: Oops! If you have received an incorrect item, or an item with an un-disclosed flaw, please contact us within 7 business days for an exchange (when applicable) or store credit. All issues should be addressed in email to SmockedSweetsClothing@gmail.com
Sizing: Typically our items run TTS. Occasionally we will have an item that may run more generous or slightly smaller. On these occasions we will post sizing information on our listings and information from our models on sizing can be found on our BST page on Facebook. Generally we include size charts on all listings.
