FAQ

How can I purchase?
Please join us Thursday evenings at 8:00 PM CST to purchase. Information on upcoming releases is shared on Facebook and Instagram during the week of the sale.
Shipping Time: Please allow at minimum 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Precise turnaround time will be noted on all items.
During large pre-orders, shipping may take 6 to 12 weeks, or the turn around time specified in listing. 

Returns: 

If the return meets all return criteria stated below, a store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All issues should be addressed in email to SmockedSweetsClothing@gmail.com

  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. 
  • Returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
  • We do not provide return labels.

Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original packaging must be included and all packing slips included in the return.

Lost or Damaged Item? Smocked Sweets Clothing not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that a package has not been trackable or updating within 12 days, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier and file a claim. We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund. 
Mistakes in Processing and Handling: Oops! If you have received an incorrect item, or an item with an un-disclosed flaw, please contact us within 7 business days for an exchange (when applicable) or store credit. All issues should be addressed in email to SmockedSweetsClothing@gmail.com
Sizing: Typically our items run TTS. Occasionally we will have an item that may run more generous or slightly smaller. On these occasions we will post sizing information on our listings and information from our models on sizing can be found on our BST page on Facebook. Generally we include size charts on all listings.
